The home feels if it was meant to always be there—nestled in the trees on this beautiful lot. But it’s not only the intricate millwork and fine finishes that makes this home special. We constructed it using high performance materials and energy efficient methods to create a nearly net zero home that will last for generations to come.

"Not only did Blueprint Construction build us our main house, (10,100 sqft) but they also built us our guest house (2200 sqft) as well.
